Refund Policy
Every basket is handcrafted to order, and your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace the basket or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours after purchase, or before production begins, whichever comes first.
Custom Baskets
Fully personalized and monogrammed baskets cannot be refunded once production has started, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
